Responsibilities
- Define the commercial strategy and offer positioning
- Identify human, commercial, and technological market challenges through proactive monitoring
- Develop revenue and margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Drive diversification by prospecting new accounts and expanding existing client activities
- Build close, trusting relationships with strategic stakeholders
- Analyze needs in collaboration with the technical department to develop high-value solutions
- Manage complex commercial proposals and lead contractual negotiations
- Oversee mission follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Support the sales team in achieving their objectives
- Ensure activity reporting via CRM and manage performance indicators
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in business development within an industrial and technical environment
- Proven ability to handle complex client challenges and build high-value offers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Knowledge of engineering or intellectual services is a significant asset
