Sales Department Lead

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by building rapport and providing expert product knowledge
• Drive business performance through upselling strategies to increase sales metrics
• Support merchandising standards by maintaining a clean, organized department
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members
• Communicate inventory needs to management and collaborate with other departments
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques and adherence to policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of ski/snowboard rental or related retail experience
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot guest concerns, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must be at least 18 years of age
