Responsibilities

• Work in the CRM system and other specialized programs
• Assist managers with documentary support of transactions and other current departmental tasks
• Prepare company presentations and select photos for catalogs
• Prepare reports in Excel
• Prepare invoices for clients
• Monitor document signing deadlines
• Monitor client payment deadlines
• Execute assignments from the Head of Sales

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team
• Fluency in Russian and English (Georgian is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to find information quickly and use Google services
• Analytical mindset and good mathematical skills
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
