Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service and act as a brand ambassador
• Drive sales, implement profit opportunities, and exceed store targets
• Ensure strong visual standards are maintained across the store
• Offer exceptional one-to-one service to ensure a customer-first experience
• Assist with deliveries and stock management as required

• Confident in sales, approaching customers, and supporting their needs
• Previous retail experience is preferred
