Sales Dealership Advisor

Responsibilities

• Convert leads and quotes into sales while meeting minimum quantity and quality targets
• Communicate effectively with Dealership account managers
• Interact with customers to offer guidance, explain products, and assist in purchasing decisions
• Contact potential clients telephonically to drive interest and sign-ups by highlighting product benefits
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
• Utilize persuasion and negotiation techniques to close sales
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and prompt manner
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales objectives

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Completed FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE or full qualification)
• Previous Call Centre experience, preferably in telesales
• Strong selling and negotiating skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, quick-turnaround environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary or Call Centre qualification
• Experience within the short-term insurance industry
