Sales Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Verify and approve sales orders in accordance with internal operation guidelines and policies
• Process sales orders in SFDC accurately and timely while meeting KPIs and SLAs
• Act as an internal expert advising the sales department on deal configuration, booking, and revenue policies
• Provide high-quality support to sales and internal stakeholders via email, chat, and in-person communication
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to resolve booking issues and develop new business models
• Support monthly closing by reconciling SFDC and Zuora systems to ensure data quality
• Partner with global teams to implement new policies, tools, and processes
• Handle ad-hoc projects, reporting, and related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent 4-year degree
• 3-4 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, Finance, Administration, or Customer Service
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within cross-functional and global teams
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce
• Experience with Zuora, CPQ systems, or Excel
• Knowledge of or experience with Box products
