Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from interested customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow a structured sales script while personalizing conversations to meet client needs
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers
- Overcome objections and close sales consistently
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Document customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM software
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every call
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or call center role preferred
- Strong English skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong sales instincts and a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in overcoming objections and closing sales
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
