Sales & Customer Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage international order processing, including quotations, monitoring, invoicing, and customs documentation (e.g., certificates of origin)
• Handle contract management and oversee loaner equipment
• Coordinate closely with external dealers and internal departments such as Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse, Technical, and Management
• Process customer complaints and repair orders
• Maintain customer master data and prepare sales performance reports
• Support sales management and field service teams with appointment scheduling and presentation creation

Requirements

• Commercial training or a degree in Business Administration
• Experience in international customer support within a sales/inside sales environment
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are a plus
• High degree of service orientation and strong communication skills
• Reliability and flexibility in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience or knowledge using the Navision ERP system
