About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics 365, maintaining data quality and optimizing usage.
  • Drive sales enablement by coordinating business development, strategic partnership, and go-to-market content.
  • Create high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation to support client conversations.
  • Coordinate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift capability across the Strategic Growth team.
  • Support the implementation of AI-enabled tools for RFPs and due diligence processes.
  • Manage key platforms including CRM and Microsoft Teams to ensure they are efficient and user-friendly.
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and webinars to drive engagement.
  • Track performance through reporting and dashboards, analyzing metrics to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure operational excellence by managing risks and aligning activities with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or an administrative role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with sales reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles related to sales performance.
