Sales Counselor

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly company and community sales standards
• Conduct face-to-face sales activities including client home visits and tours
• Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries in real time
• Maintain the community database with accurate inquiry and referral information
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources
• Research local competition and market trends
• Create and oversee the annual community sales and marketing plan
• Track move-ins, move-outs, and referral activity
• Assist with move-in paperwork and compliance with state regulations
• Monitor and manage the department budget

Requirements

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
• Background in sales or leasing within healthcare or senior living helpful
• Expertise in relationship selling and closing techniques
• Experience in a customer service-oriented setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build trust and manage emotions in client situations
