About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Conduct personalized discovery sessions to understand prospect needs and goals
- Present community benefits through one-on-one meetings, tours, and presentations
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide prospects through long-term decision journeys
- Manage and track leads using CRM software (Welcome Home)
- Evaluate financial qualifications and guide families through documentation and contracts
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless move-in experience
- Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements
- Proven success in relationship-based sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Familiarity with financial concepts like income, assets, and retirement planning
- Understanding of physical and psychological needs of the geriatric population
- Ability to work weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in senior living, real estate, hospitality, or healthcare
- Pre-lease sales experience
