About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all key sales documents, including sales and inventory reports, sample trackers, line sheets, costing files, and customer POs
- Support seasonal go-to-market activities, including calendar planning, travel coordination, and sales presentation preparation
- Coordinate customer sample requests and ensure timely delivery across all accounts
- Handle day-to-day communication with customers, Product Development, Order Management, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Track revenue projections and seasonal forecasts to help the team meet sales targets and support alignment in the consensus process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, wholesale, or a similar coordination role
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working cross-functionally
