Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise retail sales team activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve established objectives.
• Train and capacitate the team on construction chemical products and sales techniques.
• Monitor performance indicators and provide continuous feedback and support to the team.
• Maintain close relationships with strategic clients through technical visits to stores, clients, and construction sites.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to adjust commercial strategies.
• Participate in industry fairs, events, and actions to promote products and expand networks.
• Manage the sales area budget, controlling costs and optimizing resources.

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in the construction or chemical sectors.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong skills in sales techniques, negotiation, and commercial management.
• Ability in market analysis and strategic planning.
• Availability for frequent travel (by plane and car).
• Residency in Rio de Janeiro, preferably in the metropolitan region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical products used in civil construction.
