Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales plans and coordinate sales forecasts.
- Analyze sales indicators and generate effective action plans.
- Maintain up-to-date information regarding market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage key clients, distributors, and strategic projects.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments.
- Conversational English skills.
- Availability to travel both nationally and internationally.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and people management skills.
