Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships across New Zealand and Australia
• Contact potential new customers and follow up sales opportunities
• Handle sales enquiries by phone and email
• Create and coordinate sales and marketing campaigns
• Maintain customer records and the CRM system
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events when required
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the owner
• Work closely with the wider team to support business growth

Requirements

• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
• Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
• Strong relationship builder with excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience
• Early Childhood Education background or childcare sector experience
