Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the management of North America wholesale accounts and ensure operational excellence.
• Compile and analyze sales reports by SKU and door using customer portals.
• Communicate monthly selling reports and sales recaps to internal teams.
• Maintain and track orders in SAP, including monitoring price holds and fill rates.
• Manage seasonal assortments and provide field representatives with account-specific picture files.
• Coordinate web description forms, digital images, and weekly web maintenance for retailers.
• Act as a customer service liaison to resolve issues alongside Account Executives.
• Coordinate the opening of new accounts, including application review and material tracking.
• Support marketing efforts through line sheet management and sample tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
