Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Customer Advisors
• Monitor sales and economic results within the assigned department/sector
• Actively sell products and services tailored to individual customer needs
• Prepare customer orders and monitor the fulfillment process
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through partner and loyalty programs
• Monitor and ensure product availability and proper display according to standards
• Collaborate with other departments and external services, including central warehouse and suppliers
• Coordinate and prepare the department for sales promotions, inventories, and audits
• Adhere to health and safety (BHP) rules, including proper storage and securing of goods
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and sales management (experience in large-format stores or wholesalers is welcome)
• Experience in coordinating and organizing team work
• Interest in construction, gardening, or decorative themes
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate others
• Meticulousness in analyzing sales and economic indicators and optimizing stock
• Willingness to perform physical work, including unloading goods and assembling displays
• Availability for shift work (06:30 - 21:00), including Saturdays (up to 3 times a month) and trading Sundays
• Forklift operator license is a plus
