About the role
Responsibilities
- Support commercial activities and wholesale sales coordination, including sales plan implementation and performance tracking
- Manage sales representative schedules and centralize field feedback (visits, photos, sell-out data)
- Maintain and update commercial tools, including prospecting files, sales books, and GTM guidelines
- Assist with client support and key account management by updating databases and product information (EAN, visuals, descriptions)
- Contribute to commercial reporting regarding turnover, markdowns, and disputes
- Support showroom operations by managing samples, assisting with collection setups, and maintaining merchandising standards
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and oral)
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong product sensitivity and interest in the fashion/accessories industry
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage projects remotely when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in a sales or administrative support role is appreciated
