About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives and Account Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage inventory requests, inventory holds, market avails, and media plans
  • Generate targeting maps and visuals for RFP responses
  • Handle invoicing requests and billing inquiries
  • Own the pre-sale lifecycle from market research to contract execution and artwork requests
  • Research and document competitive requests
  • Communicate with internal departments and clients to ensure a positive customer service experience

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • High level of accountability and collaborative mindset
