About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives and Account Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations
- Manage inventory requests, inventory holds, market avails, and media plans
- Generate targeting maps and visuals for RFP responses
- Handle invoicing requests and billing inquiries
- Own the pre-sale lifecycle from market research to contract execution and artwork requests
- Research and document competitive requests
- Communicate with internal departments and clients to ensure a positive customer service experience
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited institution
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- High level of accountability and collaborative mindset
