About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries regarding company products and services
- Conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse converted leads to the sales team
- Follow up with leads via phone and email to schedule product demos and meetings
- Manage prospects by articulating value propositions and navigating objections
- Maintain and update lead information within the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online and direct mail campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field
- High level of confidence in handling telephone inquiries and making cold calls
- Excellent customer service skills and a resilient personality
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
