Sales Coordinator Intern

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries regarding company products and services
• Conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse converted leads to the sales team
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to schedule product demos and meetings
• Manage prospects by articulating value propositions and navigating objections
• Maintain and update lead information within the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle
• Support marketing efforts by assisting in online and direct mail campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field
• High level of confidence in handling telephone inquiries and making cold calls
• Excellent customer service skills and a resilient personality
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
