About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Representatives with day-to-day activities and order coordination
- Process sales orders and confirm quotes for customers
- Liaise with the Purchasing team regarding stock and the Logistics team for deliveries
- Coordinate deliveries and provide regular order updates to customers
- Monitor open orders, including stock levels, timelines, and account status
- Arrange product returns where required
- Maintain strong product knowledge and build professional relationships with stakeholders
- Follow all company procedures and security processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar sales coordination or retail sales role
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including working knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize a busy workload
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central
