About the role

Responsibilities

  • Confirm order details with customers and sales representatives, including delivery addresses and quantities
  • Order stock from suppliers and manage stock movements for customer orders
  • Enter contracts, subaccounts, and orders into the system
  • Liaise with customers to arrange timely delivery of goods
  • Track open orders by monitoring stock levels, delivery dates, and payments
  • Provide administrative support to sales representatives
  • Arrange returns of goods when necessary
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and professional contact with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work unsupervised while remaining a team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Great Plains
