Sales Coordinator – Grocery

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end forecast process for the Personal Care & Wellness portfolio
• Support the Account Manager in planning, executing, and reporting promotional programs across key grocery channels
• Manage the claims process from submission through to resolution, ensuring accurate monthly reporting
• Partner with Operations and Customer Logistics to monitor service levels and resolve supply issues
• Maintain product data and customer portals, including new line forms, product updates, and pricing documentation
• Coordinate with merchandising and broker teams to ensure in-store priorities and promotional activity are executed

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia
• Minimum 2 years of experience working across key grocery accounts (Woolworths, Coles, or Independents)
• Previous experience in a sales support role, ideally within an FMCG business
• Proficiency with data management systems and customer portals
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal teams and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using market data and insights (Circana, Quantium, or Unify) to inform forecasting
