Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily operations across UAE, KSA, and Egypt
• Assist the Regional Sales Director with documentation for infringement compliance initiatives
• Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and pricing documents
• Follow up with customers regarding pending deals, renewals, and license deliveries
• Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with all sales activities and customer interactions
• Generate weekly sales reports covering pipeline, meetings, renewals, and new business metrics
• Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams to facilitate order processing and contract management
• Track software renewals and ensure timely license delivery

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, specifically within software sales
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for tracking sales activities and customer data
• Proven experience in preparing quotations, sales reports, and tracking renewals
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between sales, finance, and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in software sales coordination within the Middle East region
• Familiarity with Ansys or other engineering simulation software sales
• Experience working with multi-country sales teams (UAE, KSA, Egypt)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
