Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage NDA and contract approval processes to ensure timely execution and compliance with company policies
• Oversee Delegation of Authority (DOA) processes and support internal audit activities
• Provide intercompany coordination support to facilitate alignment across business units
• Lead customer and sustainability survey initiatives, including distribution and reporting
• Develop and maintain customer experience reporting to support continuous improvement
• Support sales communication efforts, including the preparation of memos, presentations, and broadcast messaging
• Partner with marketing on case study development, event coordination, and lead management
• Collect and analyze target market data to support sales strategy and pipeline development
• Coordinate onsite customer visits and facilitate new customer onboarding processes
• Provide administrative and operational support to sales leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting business operations, sales, or commercial teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM or other business management systems
