Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Grow the Brazilian market in the assigned region to reach sales targets
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer service
• Work with the local au pair community to help achieve organizational goals
• Collaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to ensure a high-quality experience for each au pair

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Proven capability in both phone and in-person sales
• Full proficiency in both Portuguese and English
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours
• 6+ months of experience living abroad (preferred)
