Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Grow the Spanish market in assigned regions to reach and exceed sales targets
• Build brand awareness through partnerships with schools, universities, job centers, and local institutions
• Drive sales via phone outreach by responding to customer needs and pitching programs
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs
• Provide excellent customer service and organize promotional events
• Collaborate with the local au pair community to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
• Full proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
• Proven capability in both phone and in-person sales

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience living abroad
