About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Issue sales transaction invoices
- Verify orders, including customer personal information and payment details
- Contact customers via phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing information
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Support the sales and logistics departments with additional administrative tasks as requested
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- High level of English proficiency
- Forklift experience
- Demonstrated ability to build value-based relationships with customers

- Strong knowledge of SAP
