Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase orders
• Issue sales transaction invoices
• Verify orders, including customer personal information and payment details
• Contact customers via phone or email to resolve queries and obtain missing information
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Support the sales and logistics departments with additional administrative tasks as requested

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
• High level of English proficiency
• Forklift experience
• Demonstrated ability to build value-based relationships with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP
