Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to Sales leadership, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
• Manage sales operations by maintaining rosters, organizational data, and serving as the primary contact for sales rep sample and trial orders
• Generate recurring sales and expense reports using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and data analysis
• Prepare polished presentations and professional communications using PowerPoint and Word
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives
• Handle expense reports, supply ordering, and purchase orders accurately and on time

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordinator role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working with CRM and Data Analytics systems (PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
