Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer master data in ERP and CRM systems, including pricing, shipping details, and invoice settings
• Monitor and update pricing, terms, conditions, and commission data
• Assist the sales team with planning, forecasting, reporting, and customer visit preparation
• Prepare strategic and operational reports, including sales performance analysis
• Manage rebates, commission processes, and create credit/debit notes in coordination with Accounting
• Act as a key interface between customers and internal functions such as SCM, Accounting, and Quality
• Validate non-standard orders for accuracy and compliance
• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email and record leads in Salesforce
• Support the quotation process by preparing and sending offers to customers

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience
• Proficiency in SAP, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to learn industry-specific products, markets, and materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of customer service or sales support experience
• Extensive experience with ERP SAP systems
• Proven ability to anticipate customer needs and resolve challenges proactively
