Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the commercial strategy within the agency
• Conduct market intelligence and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and expand the client portfolio by building a professional network
• Ensure the quality of commercial proposals and follow up on offers
• Monitor business deals from initiation to completion, maintaining client relationships
• Implement client loyalty and retention actions
• Co-animate the Commercial Action Plan through weekly meetings with the Agency Manager
• Support Project Managers in developing their commercial skills and meeting objectives
• Organize and execute marketing actions

Requirements

• Commercial training or experience as a self-taught professional
• Proven experience in B2B services
• Strong argumentation and negotiation skills
• Tenacity and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to motivate and lead teams
• Knowledge of the building/construction sector is a plus
