About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Account Managers and Commercial Leaders through day-to-day sales coordination activities.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for customer documentation, regulatory, quality, and technical requests.
  • Enter, track, and follow up on customer and internal requests within Salesforce to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and analytics related to pipeline support and KPIs.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, hygiene, and documentation tracking.
  • Coordinate sample and pricing requests, ensuring internal workflows are completed and stakeholders are informed.
  • Support the Nutrition Food & Beverage Sales team with new customer set-up and H&W documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or project management.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to create complex Excel reports using pivot tables.
  • Working knowledge of a CRM system, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
