Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop supervisors to ensure high field performance
• Form successors and build robust teams through technical and behavioral hiring
• Mentor leaders to promote a culture of protagonism and excellence
• Ensure execution of service and sales models across all regional stores
• Conduct frequent field visits for unit activation and monitoring
• Manage KPIs focusing on commercial goals, operational efficiency, and execution discipline
• Diagnose deviations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
• Evaluate DRE, control operational costs, and optimize store productivity
• Support store expansion through territory diagnostics and new unit implementation

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in commercial leadership roles managing large structures
• Proven track record of delivering results and developing large-scale teams
• Strong mastery of indicators and field-based execution
• Ability to make agile, clear, and strategic decisions
• Completed higher education degree
• Mobility to work in the assigned area and for future changes
