About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and update weekly pipeline debriefs within Google Drive and Salesforce to ensure deal transparency
- Act as a project manager for VP-level leadership to ensure accounts are updated and milestones are met
- Support the build-out and maintenance of Salesforce reporting for Enterprise prospects and opportunities
- Manage the CSO’s calendar, travel logistics, and scheduling for sales team events
- Attend capabilities calls to document notes, identify key contacts, and manage post-meeting data entry
- Conduct targeted outreach to secure introductory calls and follow-up meetings for the VP of Enterprise Sales
- Collaborate with the Community team to map HR organizations and identify key leaders of interest
- Provide on-site logistical support for Enterprise team events, including registration and lead capture
- Coordinate catering and logistics for sales "Lunch & Learns" and other field marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 1-4 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a Senior BDR role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, specifically regarding data integrity and reporting
- Experience providing executive support (Director to C-suite level) including calendar and travel management
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the PBM, healthcare, or SaaS industries
- Familiarity with visual mapping tools like LucidChart
- Experience with sales engagement tools such as Sendoso or Outreach
