Sales Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the account owner for a portfolio of global customers, including airlines, lessors, and private customers.
• Ensure the implementation and execution of all terms and conditions within aircraft purchase agreements.
• Manage contractual deadlines, including flexibility rights, rescheduling rights, and option exercises.
• Oversee payment obligations, including pre-delivery payments, final aircraft price payments, and customer credits.
• Manage the aircraft delivery process from a contractual, legal, financial, and accounting perspective through to the transfer of title.
• Respond to inquiries regarding signed purchase agreements from internal stakeholders and external customers, financiers, and legal advisors.
• Support Business Units in negotiating new contractual agreements or modifying existing ones.

Requirements

• Solid and demonstrated experience in aviation contracts.
• Legal expertise with a deep understanding of legal aspects and terms.
• Strong contractual drafting skills.
• Solid computation skills related to aircraft pricing and pre-delivery payment schedules.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written, for international communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and remain calm in fast-paced, unpredictable, or stressful environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate within a multicultural, multi-expertise environment.
