Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess prospective residents' needs to match them with suitable apartment homes
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits
• Develop and maintain relationships with current residents, addressing needs and concerns promptly
• Manage the full leasing process from inquiry through lease signing and move-in coordination
• Achieve and exceed sales targets via lead generation and follow-up strategies
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote properties
• Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Proven sales track record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Customer service orientation
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Time management and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Reliable transportation
