Responsibilities
- Prospect companies and organizations to generate new business opportunities
- Deliver presentations of the Master's in Positive Leadership program to interested companies and groups
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and business leaders
- Manage the full sales cycle, providing follow-up to prospects until enrollment is closed
- Participate in business and academic events to promote the program
- Manage administrative processes including enrollment, invoicing, and post-sale follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Communication, Public Relations, International Relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in consultative sales or B2B sales
- Experience in executive education, postgraduate programs, or corporate training
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
