Transactly is a PLACE-owned company building the future of real estate services. Through our Connect Platform, we connect homebuyers and renters with essential services including internet, home security, home warranties, and moving services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text
  • Help customers place and complete orders
  • Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs
  • Recommend solutions and upsell additional services
  • Manage multiple orders and conversations simultaneously
  • Use HubSpot and internal systems to generate quotes and complete orders
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, vendors, and technology
  • Meet performance goals tied to orders processed and commissions

Requirements

  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to grow and earn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to help customers
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in the St. Louis office 3-4 times per month

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or inside sales experience
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with Google Workspace
