Sales Consultant - Training

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company products and services
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert prospects into enrolled students
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant training courses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing questions and concerns regarding training programs
• Provide detailed information about course schedules, benefits, and content tailored to individual client needs
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience
• Research client training needs to effectively tailor sales approaches
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• High level of customer service orientation and ability to engage clients effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Must possess a transferable Iqama
