Sales Consultant Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs using inventory knowledge
• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications
• Deliver an exceptional experience through active listening and honest information
• Complete accurate documentation for all transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred
• Strong listening and communication skills
• High level of self-motivation
• Comfort with technology for transactions and inventory access
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to integrity and transparency
• Willingness to learn through provided training and mentorship
