- Represent the company at trade association meetings and industry gatherings

Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in risk management or sales roles
- Experience mentoring and developing new sales team members
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related business discipline
- Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage pipeline data and performance standards
