Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform sales activities for new Volkswagen commercial vehicles
• Establish and maintain contacts with potential and existing clients
• Organize client visits and conduct product presentations
• Identify customer needs and purchase motivations through needs analysis
• Advise clients on vehicle sales, financing, and insurance offers
• Organize and conduct vehicle test drives
• Negotiate purchase and delivery terms with clients
• Maintain customer relationships after vehicle delivery
• Update CRM databases regularly with client and prospect information
• Monitor domestic market trends and participate in marketing activities

Requirements

• Minimum IV level of professional education (secondary school qualification)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales position
• Fluency in English and/or German
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain persistence
