Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a Nike brand ambassador, building a connection between the brand and consumers
• Drive store sales performance and meet established targets
• Execute all store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Use sales skills to connect consumers with the right products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store communication protocols
• Manage warehouse organization and ensure continuous stock orderliness
• Seek opportunities to develop expertise in Nike products, culture, and service techniques

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well within a team
• A genuine interest in sports and athletic culture
