Sales Consultant (m/f/d) Internal Sales Landscaping

Responsibilities

• Customer consultation and sales of building materials to private and business customers
• Creation, tracking, and processing of offers and orders
• Maintaining customer relationships through personal and telephone contact
• Supporting the field sales representative
• Customer aftercare and complaint processing

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Product and application knowledge in building materials, especially in the landscaping (Galabau) sector
• Confident demeanor and strong customer and sales orientation
• Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team
• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is desirable
