Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to travelers in Copenhagen Airport
• Engage in proactive sales dialogue and upselling in Tax Free stores
• Assist customers in the Flagship store and smaller retail locations
• Create a positive and energetic shopping experience for international passengers

Requirements

• High energy and a natural smile
• Motivation for proactive sales and customer contact
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
• Ability to pass airport security clearance (ID card approval)
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to document employment history for the last 5 years
