Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Focus on market expansion through proactive new business development
• Conduct active cold acquisition to identify potential clients and their staffing needs
• Define personal sales strategies and implement innovative actions to reach decision-makers
• Drive towards commercial goals and targets to achieve structural growth
• Collaborate with marketing for lead generation and recruitment for smooth client handovers

Requirements

• HBO or WO educational level
• Proven successful experience in an independent sales role, preferably in flexible staffing or business services
• Extensive experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong winner's mentality
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch
• Ability to work full-time in a dynamic office environment in Rotterdam
