About the role
Responsibilities
- Deal professionally with inbound enquiries via email, telephone, and in-person
- Register potential purchasers and match them to suitable properties
- Manage a database of clients
- Conduct property viewings and obtain offers
- Sell ancillary services to targets
- Prospect for new business
- Assist with general office administration
Requirements
- Local knowledge of the West Surrey area (Walton-on-Thames to Guildford)
- At least two years of experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Full clean driver’s license
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
