Responsibilities
- Identify and maximize business opportunities
- Advertise properties, book viewings, and register applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and face-to-face
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Introduce new business and build alliances with local developers through networking
- Act as the primary communication stream between clients and vendors
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Prepare accurate property details and ensure precise data entry
- Manage property sales from initial viewing through to closing
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a residential sales agent
- Proven track record in securing new business
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Tenacity and self-starter mindset
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
