About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and maximize business opportunities

  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Introduce new business and build alliances with local developers through networking
  • Act as the primary communication stream between clients and vendors
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Prepare accurate property details and ensure precise data entry
  • Manage property sales from initial viewing through to closing

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a residential sales agent
  • Proven track record in securing new business
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Tenacity and self-starter mindset
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
