Responsibilities
- Customer consultation and sales of building materials
- Creation, tracking, and processing of offers
- Support for the field sales representative
- Customer aftercare
- Compliance with credit guidelines
- Complaint processing
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Knowledge of building material products and applications is an advantage
- Confident demeanor with strong customer and sales orientation
- Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working
- Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is desirable
